Neon Spire
A crystal island floating over a megacity at night, with rain, a neon spire, sky taxis, searchlights and air traffic.

- Neon bars, the spire's deck, holographic decks that glitch out, sky taxis looping at both ends and a billboard orbiting the top
- Security laser: a red stripe blinks at one height, then a drone sweeps it
- A maglev under the island: you can stand on it, but its nose hits hard
- Neon Surge: one tier of platforms flickers and crackles, then zaps whoever stands on it up into the air
- Police gunship: its searchlight hunts a fighter, turns red when it locks, then fires an EMP bolt (move!)
- Crystal Resonance: the spire hums and the floor lights up, then a shockwave runs out along the island (jump it)
